Refund policy

RETURN PROCEDURES 

• You may return items in their original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt to the address listed below.
• If the 14-day return period has passed, you can still return your item(s) up to 30 days after receipt. In that case, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item(s).
•  Items purchased on sale are always refunded via store credit.
•  Items must be returned in their original packaging.
•  Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags are not eligible for a refund.
• Please print, complete, and include the return form with your package.
• Always notify your return by sending an email to info@josiefille.com, stating which items you wish to return.
• Always use a shipping method with track & trace so the shipment can be tracked.

REFUND PROCEDURES

• Once the package has been received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, or you will receive a gift card for discounted items.
• Return shipping costs are entirely at your own expense.
