SHIPPING – RETURNS – PAYMENT

• Belgium & the Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €9.95.
• EU (Eurozone): Free shipping does not apply. Shipping costs are €14.95.
• EU (Non-Eurozone): Free shipping does not apply. Shipping costs are €18.95.
  
  

SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE:
Once payment has been received, your package will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise stated (for example, for made-to-order items).

If the shipment is delayed for any reason, the buyer will be informed in a timely manner.

RECEIVING MY PACKAGE:
Within Belgium and the Netherlands, your package is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days after shipment. If shipped on a Friday, delivery may occur on Monday or Tuesday. 

As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code.

PAYMENT
You can securely pay for your order via Bancontact/Mister Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, or PayPal.

RETURNS
To initiate a return, email info@josiefille.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Then complete the return form (available under "Refund Policy/Return Policy") and follow the instructions provided.

Always use the original box in which the items were shipped and ensure the products are adequately protected to prevent damage during transport. Return shipping costs are entirely at your own expense.

Once JOSIE FILLE receives the returned package in its original and undamaged condition, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
JOSIE FILLE recommends using a track & trace service when returning packages so that delivery can be monitored. Packages lost without track & trace are not the responsibility of JOSIE FILLE.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
JOSIE FILLE reserves the right to refund only part of the paid amount or to refuse the return entirely if it is found (and can be demonstrated) that the item has already been used, has been damaged due to use, or the packaging has been carelessly opened or damaged.
